Getting started
The initial consultation
$199
The $199 initial consultation includes a structured review of your concerns, relevant health history, and goals; an overview of potentially relevant services and costs; and a basic initial laboratory panel collected at the clinic. If additional or expanded testing is recommended based on your concerns, history, goals, and proposed care, those charges are separate and will be explained before testing. Treatment decisions are made at a follow-up after laboratory results are available and reviewed. Laboratory results help determine whether treatment may be appropriate but do not guarantee medication, a prescription, or a particular treatment plan. Patients are not obligated to begin treatment after their laboratory review.
Consultations are available Monday through Wednesday by appointment. Call to schedule.
Payment
Cash-pay only
423HRT is a cash-pay clinic and does not bill insurance, submit claims, or request prior authorization. The $199 initial consultation includes a basic initial laboratory panel. If additional or expanded testing is recommended, those charges are separate and will be explained before testing. If care is recommended after clinical and laboratory review, the proposed plan and its cost are explained before you decide whether to proceed.
We do not bill insurance for any service.

Laboratory testing
Lab-guided evaluation
Laboratory testing is part of the clinical evaluation for 423HRT patients and is provided within an established patient-clinician relationship. The basic initial laboratory panel is included in the $199 consultation. If additional or expanded testing is recommended based on your concerns, history, and goals, those charges are separate and typically range from $150 to $300 depending on the tests selected. Expected costs are reviewed before testing. Blood draws are performed at the clinic.
Patients may bring recent lab results from another provider for background and context. Outside results do not automatically replace testing requested through the clinic's process.
Laboratory results help determine whether treatment may be appropriate but do not guarantee medication, a prescription, or a particular treatment plan. Patients are not obligated to begin treatment after their laboratory review.
